Not sure if my hid bulb(h7) is burnt or ballast is out. As well as fog lights(luminics h11) bulbs replaced, angel eyes' ballast replaced(I have the ballasts at home), and reswiring of DRLs. TIA.

you have to take the bad bulb and put it in the other side. That will check to see if it is the bulb or ballast.
