Id hope to make my own meal and if so it would be a three rib, prime rib, bone in rubbed with bacon renderings and seasoned simply with coarse salt and pepper. Then I'd grill it to a nice rare and make a spiced rum reduction from Captain Mo's private reserve. I'd also toss a fresh live king crab on the grill as my side and a baked tater with plenty of sour cream bacon and chives and a salad for good measure then I'd chase it all down with the remaining Capt Mo's private reserve.
I love cookin this meal as much as I love eatin it
