It is just a sarcastically funny headline to grab attention. I remember a Halloween party we threw where we nominated our buddy dressed as the pig to deal with the cops if they came.

LOL, thanks for the fails. I'd love to be the first one on revscene with the most fails. FAIL ME MORE, COMON!:D. I know I eat meat but, the actions of the officers was cruel towards the cow. If one of us was the cow, im pretty sure we'd be scared shitless, dunno what the fuck is happening and getting shot at. I am pretty sure the cow died after that dumb female pig shot at it when it was running away.
