My username and password works fine on my phone, but when i go to login on my comp it says "wrong username or password. you have used up your failed login quota! Please wait 15 minutes before trying again."

it might be some ips are block by the server

Had the same problem yesterday as well. Created a newbie account in attempt to contact a mod about this issue which failed as that account had trouble staying logged in as well.
Do you mind removing all blank accounts created with this IP except this and "tunerz_alliance" (my brother)?

Same here, had it all day yesterday.
It would show that message no matter what you type in the fields, even if you try to log in with username: 123 and password: abc, etc
