Reason for buying : beater car, car to work on ( first year mechanic )
Total tune-up when I bought it.
New spark plugs ( NGK )
New spark wires ( NGK )
New Clutch
Power steering flush
Gear oil change
Rad flush
New fuel filter
New Air filter
Timing adjustment
Valve lash adjustment
New timing belt has around 20-30k km's
New CV axles ( ebay axles )
New hatch dampers
New cap & rotor
New PCV valve
New tires
New wipers
New main relay ( had hot start problem)
Previous owners - New brake booster, new power steering pump
New floormats
Engine is running good, sips fuel (bullet-proof B18)
burns a bit of oil, ( top up every month )
Very reliable car, starts up with couple cranks and idles fine.
Tranny is still ok. Reverse synchro is gone, ( have to put it in first, then reverse or it will grind )
Needs new brakes soon ( rears are worn down )
Shoddy paint job
Tail-lights are scratched and ugly
Exhaust is broken ( muffler hanger ) very loud.
No badges
climate control buttons are sticky

I've done plenty of maintenance to get this vehicle to run decent again, and have spent plenty of hours and cash on it, which is why I am asking for 900 firm.
I would raise the price higher if it weren't for the terrible paint ( first time trying body work )
Reason for selling : too many vehicles and embarrassed to drive. Not willing to spend any more time re-painting.
