Buy stuff at shoppers over the years when they have the 10x points or whatever days then spend them when you buy a ps3 there. I think it goes up to $100 off.

I didn't have that many points, but I think I got $50 off.

shoppers sells electronics..?

Most do, not all. Good place to get games when they're out of stock everywhere else

I bought mine from the Shoppers on Kingsway in Burnaby (across from Metrotown right underneath the Best Buy.)

They had a 20x the points event so I bought my PS3 for $249.99 and a bag of chips for $2 and I got 50, 000 points. You can redeem the points right away for $85 worth of merchandise or you can wait until they have a redemption event where they up it to $100.

USED Computers & Personal Electronics ONLY - Vancouver's Top Classifieds and Automotive Forum - REVscene.net (http://www.revscene.net/forums/used-computers-personal-electronics-only_59/)

Why not purchase from other revscene members? Been buying alot of random things actually through revscene. Majority of the time well 100% of the time so far buying and selling things through revscene has been preeeetty convenient for me.

Curious to know, how safe is it to buy it second hand? Heard numerous stories about people buying a console with errors on it, but no way to test it out before

only real way is to plug it into a tv and see if it works?

i had a family drive from abbotsford one time when i had my ps3 for sale on craigslist

even though mine had warranty still they came and checked to see that everything was working (game, blu ray disc, browsing youtube etc.)
