last night after work around 5am, right across from the starbucks at 49th and fraser there were ~10 cop cars and 2 paddy wagons with probably 25-35 young asian guys between 20 and 35 all wearing cuffs and lined up along the wall.

The actor came back in part 3 as one of the other gang members.

This is typical of HK movies since there is a limited number of actors who can play certain roles.
