For anyone who wondered about how the traffic system works.
Each car is equipped with a ID tag. Though some like the tourbuses and buses have predetermined routes, most of the cars have "Free will" The computer actively plans, maps, controls and directs each and every single car down to control of lighting and right of way (yes... right of way is included)
Should there be events such as a traffic jam or whatnot, the cars will actively seek for an alternate route (ie: taking smaller inner streets).
