I think they have their own "Future Shop" in-store credit card which you can apply for and get "XX amount of months" no interest no payments as long as it's over $300 I believe.

I think 12 months to pay (no interest) is standard but I could be wrong.

You could use a visa/mastercard but it'll be the same as other purchases.

From futureshop website
Quote:
"12 Months, Equal Payments, No Interest on all in-store purchases over $299.99"

6 months with minimum 5 doller payments no interest is the norm now.

12 months financing is + 39.99 admin fee

pretty sweet deal IMO

Makes me buy more shit than I actually need

edit: if your even missing $1 on the end date of said date. You get interest on entire amount from day 1 for xx amount of months.

example. Bought 600 items for 3 months no interest no payments. Owed 200 left on balance, got charged about $55 interest.

Not trying to sound like a dick, but I know I will. If you are needing/wanting to finance a TV, chances are you shouldn't.

you can make it auto payment via online banking
same way you would auto set your phone bill etc etc

card is easy to get if you already have a cc.
Just go customer service and they ask couple questions and you have a temp card ready to use

Really not trying to bag on you, but aren't you the same guy who made a thread worrying about how to finance ICBC insurance because you might not have a couple hundred dollars to cover the monthly payment?

If so, last thing you probably want to do is to finance a relatively small purchase like a TV, especially when you already have one.

The sales can't be that great can they? If it was me I would just save up and buy one out full so I don't have to worry about payments.

Scizz is right.. if you need to finance a TV, you probably shouldn't be buying one, especially if you're 'upgrading your 40"'
