Anyone build any sweet gingerbread houses/people or fun treats?

spent the day baking with the wife, and obviously the childish side came out :whistle:

I didn't bake any treats this year but I had to cook Christmas Eve dinner. So much food left over. I don't know why I always end up cooking more then what is needed. Good ol' Polish Christmas :)

Tomato Soup
Pierogi
Surowka (Polish sauerkraut salad)
Buraczki (Polish beet salad)
Kapusta (Polish red cabbage salad thingy)
Sauerkraut & peas
Salmon Phyllo
Spanakopita
Two different types of fish

Those Vietnamese veggie roll thingys.

However, my sister baked a gluten and wheat free cake that was so delicious! So happy I could eat some sweets this Christmas without getting mega bloated or gassy.
For tomorrows Christmas dinner I have just have to re-heat the cabbage rolls, cook the turkey and kopytka's (little polish potato dumplings things with gravy)

Brownies (from a failed attempt at something else, but the brownies were SO good)

Tonight she's making pumpkin pie, and tomorrow blueberry scones
