Long roads to me=highways. Lived in richmond all my life. If its long and boring, to me its a highway lol.

Not a lot of high end cars like Benz or BMW. A lot of japanese cars lol, a lot.

Lol I'm so used to seeing german cars floating around. Seeing high end cars is like looking at corollas, it's just another car. But here, there's none so its like car shock to me, something like that.

Taking the ferry ride back and forth is a real pain. The long bus rides are a pain as well.

i suppose people here with the higher end cars are smart enough to not drive them in winter?

I don't know, but I feel that winter here is a little harsher than Richmond or Vancouver. It's like gloomy skies everyday and high winds all the time as well
