Just opened, but didn't want to use it on the server board, used a different Xeon.
Retail price is - $349.99
I haven't evened turned on the computer nor put any silicon or anything on it. Close to brand new but I opened the box.
Price - $325 save yourself some taxes, also include the stock heat sink.
