Xbox Live and Shaw

Does anyone have the absolute worst connection when it comes to XBL and Shaw?

I'm on 25mb plan, but I can't even play my neighbour in SF.

Contact Shaw and see if you have a faulty modem or maybe its your router. What model router do you have and how old is it? Did you try connecting the modem directly to your computer to see if that fixes the issue? If you do that and your internet is back to normal than you know its your router.
