I've had this item with me for a few years now but I've never used it. I think I got it along with some other items in a trade but I can't remember exactly. It's been sitting in my file cabinet for a long time hence the tiny scratches/marks but I've never mounted it on my car. I'm not sure if this is an authentic Mugen license plate or not but I'm leaning towards no.

You get the plate, plate frame and two mini suction cup thingys.
As you might be able to tell the plate has a shiny reflective surface, kind of like a mirror finish. Not sure if you can see the tiny marks on it but its nothing serious. All in all it's in good shape.
