A Chinese engineer has devised a foolproof way to foil a Beijing Pizza Hut's "one bowl, one visit" salad bar policy.

Shen Hongrui's design shows patrons how to build a metre-tall salad tower out of salad bar ingredients.

The tower includes a base of chickpeas or potatoes, a scaffold of carrot sticks and an outer wall of sliced cucumber, leaving Pizza Hut customers a hollow tower to fill with delicious salad.

The design caught on quickly; so quickly that Pizza Hut has since removed salad bars from its Chinese restaurants , the Daily Mail reported.

:lol I find it hilarious that Chinese people were so cheap that enough of them did this to make Pizza Hut just go "...well, shit." and pull the plug on salad bars altogether in the entire country. I don't know how many stores that is but it has to be hundreds.

More interesting is how this turned into a thread full of stereotypes when the guy probably did it to stick it to this one bowl rule. If I went to a "buffet" that had this rule, I would've tried to shove as much crap on my plate as I could regardless if I was going to eat it all or not. This guy just did a much better job than I can.
