bc hydro's site lists most of rmd being out due to substation fault, expected on time to be 7:30

im at 4 and blundell and i still have power, fingers crossed

it looks like a substation has problem and estimated time to get back power is 7:30

the traffic lights in a lotta richmond are still very fucked. including the crazy garden city/granville intersection with like 5 way stop...surprisingly ppl are doing ok
