as evil jigglypuff mentioned, the idea of the Luther burger has been out for quite a long time already. It's stupid to think they finally caught on, especially when people usually specify the donut portion of the Luther as KK donuts.

not gonna lie, we've made it at work with fresh glazed doughnuts... god damn they're delicious!!

oh and if you do it the baseball way, with sweetness of the glaze actually complements the burger patty :) weird sweet salty goodness
