Not completely Air Canada's fault, but they certainly didn't know how to handle the unexpected situation.

Scumbag Air Canada - they don't even know how to handle EXPECTED situations.
My exp within the past year...
-flight delayed 10 hours cuz of a flat tire, no spare tire on site, had to get it "delivered from another city"
-lost baggage twice
-cracked my hardshell luggage
-broke one of four wheels
needless to say horrible service

Aren't those the fault of baggage handlers? Those aren't Air Canada specific, are they?

Air Canada employees handle their own flights' baggage.

I hope air canada bills the cat lady for the delay.
"Somehow got out of his cage" yeah right probably lady opened the cage to pet him and it ran away.
