FS:2011 Subaru Impreza STI *Lightly Modded*

2011 Subaru Impreza STI Hatchback
Saphire White Pearl Exterior, Black Leather/Alcantara Interior
7,8XX KM
6 Spd Manual
This car is currently on lease, here are the details:
Down payment on lease: 7000$
Lease end date: January 2014
KM allowance: 24000/year
Current buyout: 31xxx$ +taxes
Buyout at end of lease: 24130$ +taxes
Montly payment: 464$
Lease transfer fee: Approx 400$

Car comes with all the OEM parts (wheels, exhaust, sway bars, engine mounts, etc), window sticker, both sets of keys and fobs, STI sales brochure and optional equipment brochure, receipts for all parts and labor, I also can provide you with a copy of every single gas receipt from the last year which shows the mileage at each fill up.

Extra's (Total: 1640$): OEM Subaru roof rack crossbars (350$), OEM Subaru ski/snowboard mount (250$), OEM Subaru trunk mat (130$), OEM Subaru Ventvisors (200$), OEM Subaru optional front lip spoiler (450$!!!), Weathertech digital fit floormats (winter, 220$), 1 set of OEM carpet mats, 1 additional set of brand new OEM carpet mats still in the plastic (130$), OEM Subaru rear bumper protector step plastic (110$).

Exterior (Total 500$): Red lamin-x tinted tails and 5 window tint with lifetime warranty from N-Motion Auto (500$), Impreza badges removed, Generic HID's (150$)

Suspension/Wheels/Chassis (Total: 7650$): KW V3 coilovers (2400$), GT Worx front Top Hats (400$), Front and rear RCE Sway Bars (450$), Whiteline rear sway bar support brace (100$), Work Emotion 11R wheels 18x9.5 +38mm (2000$), Work black lug nuts (100$), Hankook Ventus V12 Evo 255/40/18 summer tires (900$), Bridgestone Blizzak WS-60 245/40/18 winter tires (900$), Groupe N (OEM Subaru Performance Parts) Engine mounts, pitch stop mount, and rear transmission mount (400$).

Engine/Drivetrain (Total: 1750$): COBB Accessport (450$), Harmann Motive Catback (1000$), Perrin Panel Filter (Not installed, 80$), TWM Short Shifter (140$), Perrin shifter bushings (80$)

The car will also come with a set of hubrings and lug nuts suited for BBS wheels I had planned to purchase but was not able to find.

Interior and exterior of this car are near mint, we rarely drive this car and only have ever washed it by hand.

I have placed the car up for sale with the mods thinking that it might make the "right buyer" very happy, if I cannot find this buyer within about 60 days I plan to return it to stock and sell in stock condition. All of the parts on this car are top of the line, no expense was spared in my selection of parts. There is of course no accidents or claims, the only bad thing about this car is that two of the OEM wheels have some curbage, I may have these repaired if I have time.

Total value of the parts installed is roughly 11700$, this car drives so much better than factory, the KW do not produce a "Rough" ride, and you would be blown away with how this car drives compared to an all stock STI.

If you want to assume the lease, I am asking for 8000$ cash on top, you won't find another leased STI with 7000km, payments this low (Due to 7000$ down), in this condition, with the parts installed, for anywhere near that price. I will of course consider any serious offer, and may consider partial trades to offset the cost of the takeover.

If you want to pay out the lease, I would be asking 40k.

Sorry for poor quality iphone pics!.

Thanks for looking!
