looking to rent a small retail type shop in vancouver, approximately 300-500 Sq/Ft.

Areas I'm looking for: Yaletown, DT waterfront, kits. In a busy area Under a residential building or near one would be ideal.

My family has also been leasing a 800Sq/Ft shop in kits for 8 years now and we renewed our lease to 15 years after our 5 year was up. So we will be looking to lease long term if the monthly is good.
