As title states I am looking at purchasing a car for around $5000. Here are the specifics of what I am looking for:
Clean Title
Zero Rust
Must have paperwork for maintenance and repair history
Less than 175,000 kms
5 speed preferred but will consider autos
Low maintenance and insurance costs
Prefer Black, White or Red exterior but will consider other colours
No Convertibles!
Stock or Modified doesn't matter as long as its tasteful to me. Not looking to buy a heavily modified car
Car will be used mostly as a daily driver, but I still want something that has great aftermarket support if i do decide to make it into a project vehicle
Must have power options! (windows, locks, sunroof, etc)
Aftermarket 2-way alarm is a plus but not necessary
DO NOT want a car that's slammed to the ground, lowered a bit is fine but I want to be able to clear speedbumps
A couple of cars I have in mind are 99-00 Civic SI's, '99+ Integra GSR's, Impreza RS's, early year RSX's, etc. As you can see most of the cars I have had in mind are Hondas/Acuras, but that doesn't mean I wont consider something else if the deal is right.
