OEM one for a 2006 civic cost me $87. Check to see if warranty is available because I got a letter regarding problems with the sunvisors. Got paid back thankfully.
Also, check a wreck site.

go ebay. bought one for $104 then had it shipped to point roberts. OEM honda by the way. seller was a Honda dealer from the states.
