Hello,
I just finished an oil change on my Prelude and I was suppose to install these drain bolts. However, as it goes in a quarter of the way, it stops and it won't budge. My OEM bolt turns all the way in without any force needed. I tighten it by hand then a little with a socket wrench and I'm finished.
I was informed that these bolts work with all Honda series engines B/D/H etc etc yet neither of them will go in. So maybe its not for the Prelude and only for Integras and Civics or something. As much as I want to install these, I'm not attempting to install them with force as I have A LOT of experience ruining threading on bolts and other objects so up for sale they go!
I purchased these brand new from AJ Racing a few months ago. I paid a few cents short of $55 dollars. I have the invoice somewhere. I used them for approximately 5 minutes, cleaned the oil off and put them back into the tiny little box. One is for the oil the other is for transmission fluid.
$40 FIRM!
Thanks
Cheers
Mike
