OP, that video was pretty dumb and if you shot the video, you're pretty dumb for just sitting there and letting someone talk to someone like that for no reason. I would've stepped in and either told the Asian man to take my seat or got off with him at the next stop and catch the next bus. Instead you just sit there and record a lame ass video.

It is my opinion that silence indicates acceptance and agreement. It is like turning the other cheek to bullying. I would have attempted to avoid a verbal argument with the guy b/c obvi he was drunk....but I would have said something along the lines of, "i dig that those are you thoughts and opinions. those are not mine and i doubt many other on this bus. i am not going to sit here and listen to you say hurtful things against another human being simply because you a close minded and drunk. i suggest that you keep your opinions to yourself".

I was in a somewhat similar situation years ago in Wal-Mart. The store was busy and the check-outs were lined up. There was an East Indian lady in front of my with a cart that had a handful of items in it and a white lady behind me with kind of the same. i agree that the bus driver should do something (if he hears it and it's safe to), for a different reason. A bus driver's job is not jus to drive a bus, but to ensure passengers are safe and get from point A to point B without any harm or confrontation. If a guy is hammered he also has a right to throw him off. Sorta like pilots have to defend their passengers on a plane and captains on a ship, same idea.

It has nothing to do with point of view. I could care less if that random white bum thinks his race is superior and that all his problems are due to other races...LOL that really doesn't bother me. It's the part that he expresses that hate not only in public, but towards innocent people. That asian man was trying to take the high road for such a long time by not reacting to all that abuse.
