Rogers BS charges

I have a nexus s, on my bill they said i sent 12 txt msgs to florida and 3 picture video at weird hours 2:30 am onward. This happened from Jan 21st to Feb 2nd. They are now telling me that the msgs look legit and they can't remove the charges.
However I dont even show any history of the number 772-267-8897 appearing on my phone, much less these "txts" that I was responding to.

I have now put a block on any out going text/video messages out of the country but thats still f'd up. There is no way I can tell if the data being sent was from my phone/gallery. I am more concerned about the privacy issue than the billing. Anyone else have such weird problems?

Yea fuck Rogers I still have to call them and get them to reverse a charge on my sister's phone bill.

In the span of 3 minutes she got texts messages saying "you've used 100% of your data", "you've used $100 over your data", "you've used $500 over your data".

Checked online and it said 38.5GB was used... on blackberry... in 3 minutes.

My AFC gave me an ABS CEL code of LOL while at WOT!

yeah some dude posted his rogers bill on reddit. His bill was 47k and it said he used 138gb of data.

Ye I had experienced many times where Roger's charged me random shit that I did not do. When I called in to try to reason with them they said it came from my sim card and they recieved it through their tower. They said it was my fault and I have to pay for it. They said it was a bunch of text messages to a weird number & data that I did not use... Recently the charges have become way out of line and ridiculous.
One time it was around $140 random charges and following time was around $320. I ended up just paying for the one and flipped out on the other one and went with Wind Mobile.

They didn't reverse the $320? That sucks.

If they don't reverse the charges I got, and I decide I'm not going to put up with it and not pay it, will they send collectors trying to get that money? Plus it'll be pretty stupid if they don't. I don't know who can download 38GB of data in 3 minutes.

There was a major fuckup in the rogers system. I had the same message from them (you've used $500...etc)

Turns out somehow I used 100 Gb of data in a span of 2 minutes, 11:11pm - 11:13 pm from my bb9000. There has been more than one of these fuckups from Rogers, something is going on internally with their system and it's fucking phones up across Canada.

there are people are still with rogers


shitty deal though you shouldn't just speak to them over the phone but write them in letter form and keep copies, take it to court if you have to or else you'll just continue getting raped

complain to the crtc etc
