Rubber is around 90%
I also have the stock wheels

I have all receipts for all the mods including from the previous owners. Also, I've only driven this car in the summer seasons since swapping the Redtop SR20DET 4 years ago by previous owner in so it is not Aircared.
No rust

Car runs and drives mint. Wont find a clean rare s14 kouki for this price..

Bad:
-White leather seats are a little worn over the years but not bad
