looking for company that does pre-demo Hazardour Materials Survey for old timer house, 1 1/2 storey + basement.

been quoted $1500 (15 bulk samples and $35 extra for each sample), is it reasonable? what's a reasonable amount of sample or is therea min. number required?

That seems to be a bit expensive. I had mine done for 1600 and 25 samples were done. From me talking to my guy, it seems like the city is more strict on it now so 15 samples might not be enough.
