thank you for your interest. Unlike the Summer Meets (main), Spring Meets are more casual.

positions: setting up RS tent/takedown/manning tent - sticker/lanyard sales

traffic/ambassadors: manning entrances to parking lot, coordinate with team leader as to traffic flow. Ensuring safety for all . Report to team leader if any burnouts/dangerous driving actions, which gets forwarded to RCMP/VPD liasons.

those are the brief descriptions of volunteer positions.

booth will be Aznboi/girl 128 team and tigerhandheld shifts. Other admins/mods will be at the tent as well so you will not be stuck there manning/womanning it the entire meet.

Event controller and executive member will be !SG. If I can't answer or provide insight to a situation please defer to !SG.

All in all, just have fun. Relax. This meet is not meant to be stressful for the volunteers ( if you like stress wait till Summer Meet)

Hi jACE, I'll be up early with the NS crew having breakfast that morning. What time were you thinking of cruise to Spanish Banks?

NS members will be present at the Brentwood/Lougheed Timmies then roll out from there.

Let me know of your plan, we can co-ordinate timing and rendezvous points.

For those who want to meet, well, I was thinking of 41st and Victoria, London Drugs plaza in Vancouver. It has a McD's and Starbucks in one place and joins to 41st. We may even see other car clubs along the way.

Generously estimated Times:
9:00am meet at London Drugs Plaza.
9:20am leave via 41st avenue Westbound.
9:30am on UBC highway.
9:45am down to Spanish Banks and arrive.
10:00am-10:30am set-up

Hi all. It was great to be out for the first time. I actually got called into work before the meet and couldn't make it there til 1pm. I had a good time chatting with Jace, Tim, and a few random meet people and didn't actually end up taking as many pics as I wanted to as I did enjoy the socializing.
