That would be weird as fuck to drive behind. It would cause you to not ay attention to the lights after awhile as they are changing, so you might start to not notice when the brake lights come on..... or you are paying to much attention to the car in front of you , you take attention away from the road and other vehicles around you... Just a thought

They should invest more time and money in making their cars reliable..then making useless fancy lamps.
