I am unable to access my secondary router on my wireless bridge using a browser. It gives me a timeout error. Both routers are running DD-WRT, connected wirelessly, and fully functioning.

I've tried rebooting both routers, but it still doesn't work.

Primary Router: Linksys WRT54GL
Secondary Router: Asus WL-520GU

are you connecting to via its IP address? Did you change the IP address??
