*3/23/2012 update* "A" Service done as of today (march 23 2012) from burrard acura, oil change, all fluids topped off, tires checked and brakes. Has receipt! Clean clean TL don't miss this!

as title states
2nd owner
121,xxx kms
local car
completely stock
premium package (sunroof, heated seats, auto mirrors etc), no navi
5sp auto
no accidents
all service records available in hand (done at richmond and burrard acura)
all 4 tires have been replaced with OEM tires at burrard acura a year ago, and last oil change done there as well. has receipts for proof

the good:
-private sale, save on tax
-very roomy and smooth car for daily driving, comfortable too
-strong motor
-best color for this car imo
-regularly serviced with all records available
-decently low kms (~18k/year) compared to average (25k/year)
-no door dings!!!

the bad:
-got a tiny tiny scrape on the driver side front bumper

asking $16499 OBO

Afternoon bump! Got all service records and receipts in hand and oil change done as of TODAY MARCH 23 2012 with receipt from burrard acura.

please dont lowball me with prices like $10000 and $12000, i'm firm on $15000 dealer is offering me $14000 so if I can't sell it it's going to the dealer next week. THIS IS BELOW MARKET VALUE PICK IT UP AND SAVE A COUPLE THOUSAND + TAX!
