Excuse me... I just have to go over here, and wipe off this cup of water I, accidentally, splashed on my face.

The song is Exogenesis Symphony Part 3 (Redemption) by Muse

Damn, I should have closed the window while watching this. Gust of wind somehow carried some sand into the room.

That video actually didn't effect me at all as well. It's the story of a perfect life in the way so I was personally happy since I'm sure everyone would want to have the kind of love that was shown by the couple in the video.

I think it's easier to understand for those who are married or into a more serious relationship.

For those needing a more straightforward version, you should watch the beginning of UP. I fucking cried like a baby when I was in the theater. :fuckthatshit:

LOVE makes life perfect. Life isn't meant to be easy it's supposed to be a challenge just like we saw in the video and having the love and support from someone helps you survive it...

Its not hard to understand... life is like the grandfather clock with the swinging pendulum, each time it peaks it represents a part of his life that went by.

The man only realizes this when its "too late", that he can't just stop the pendulum from swinging and go back and undo the things he regrets, like not showing the appreciation and love he actually had for his SO (from a personal perspective, he was portrayed as a badass/rebel type and never really grew out of that, even at the end where he raged and cheated on his wife - and he regrets this)

there was few parts they couldve fixed and made this much deeper, but honestly it wasnt that deep imo.

IMO it's deeper if you understand Japanese culture.

So much repressed emotion and hard work, all at the sacrifice of people close.

That said, check out this (and part 2) for an insight...

It was good. But just didn't bring out the emotions in me, and I'm usually quite emotional when watching stuff.

Maybe because the events flashed by too quickly for the viewer to fully absorb.

Having just come home from a funeral, this touched me pretty deep. I think of my grandparents.

Not surprising that a lot of people didn't find it touching, a month ago I wouldn't have felt anything after watching this video either.

That's just it............ a lot of stuff that people can't relate to, has no impact on them. You go through life and its experiences and you start to realize shit. Then, when you get really old and see too much of it, you sometimes end up jaded.

Funny thing is, I can never get enough of T&A...... I will never get bored of looking at fine looking women.

When women don't get the old ticker going and food no longer tastes great, it's time to go.
