I have a room for rent which is a fairly decent size. Room is in a newer house less than 10 years old. Includes . Garage is available for rent as well too with an extra charge of $75. There's a security alarm, washer and dryer, cable and wifi internet that is included in the rent.
Female preferred. House is shared with myself and wife both having professional occupations, 7 year old daughter and 2 cute friendly dogs.
