a true icon passes away. I grew up with 'American Bandstand'..and of course all the New Years Rockin' Eve.

wow at the last new years eve show he seemed much improved from the year before in recovering from his stroke

Majority of my childhood NYE's were with this man. Won't be the same now, hope NBC or whoever does a tribute for him this new year!
