FS: 2009 328i coupe lease take over -$696

So I'm getting rid of one of my cars because I'm getting a 4 door sedan or SUV.

Details are below, PM if you have any questions.

Lease takeover for a 2009 328i coupe leased from Autowest, the lease payment is $695.74 and $774.51 (tax in) with lease expiring on April 23rd, 2013. The car only has 30391 km's, there's roughly 30,000 km's remaining. The car must be returned with 64,000 km's.

BMW must be subit application to BMW for credit approval. There is a BMW lease transfer fee of $11xx with I can split with the buyer.

The car does have mods which I've listed below;

-LCI taillights (2011+ tailights). The lights have been coded properly meaning there's no wires taped together or other mods that would void the warranty. I'm looking for $500, you will receive the original taillights as well.
-Coded M3 speedometer on dash (digital speed read out only found on the M3), side amber lights turned off (EU models have this feature). Coding can be set back to factory for about a $100 from Nixon automotive which is a BMW authorized shop.
-OEM M front spoiler lip, I will throw this in for free.
-The side and rear windows are tinted, tint can be removed.
-BMW emblems have black overlays which can also be removed by peeling off the black overlays.
-Side amber light is covered by a black sticker overlay, again this can be peeled off.

Included warranties:
4 year bumper to bumper BMW standard warrenty.
Road hazard warranty (will replace your run flat tires for free, excellent warranty to have because run flats can't be repaired and are expensive to replace)
BMW excess wear & tear coverage (up to $7500)
