I have an unlocked and rooted HTC Panache for AWS frequencies. Originally it was locked to Mobilicity.
The phone comes with the box and all accessories except for a memory card. NO memory card is included.
The phone is 8/10 condition with some nick here and there but nothing on the screen. It is currently running the MIUI rom, which is much better than stock.
