I'm gonna ignore your cost constraint as I don't know what classifies as cheap but from my brief research of MBA's I found that SFU has an accelerated one that only takes 12 months (vs usual 2 years):
A New Kind of MBA - Master of Business Administration (MBA) - Beedie School of Business, SFU, Canada (http://beedie.sfu.ca/mba/general/)
I don't think you'll find anything much faster than that

For cost UBC Sauder's MBA is relatively cheap compared to the more prestigious MBAs from Schulich, Ivey, Desautels and Rotman.
Here's a link with rank, cost, and duration:

You can get one from one of those online degree mills that give out MBAs for "life experience". You get a degree, transcripts, and LOR for less than 2k I think. It would probably only take a week or two to process.
P.S. I'm kidding btw...do your degree the right way and you'll never regret it.

yea i know thats why i said 30k+. is it even worth it to getting since it seems like the cost of the degree keeps going up and the value of the degree keeps dropping? yea and getting admission into the program is probably quite competitive as well.

^If you can't even search for that yourself, then you don't deserve a seat in the program.

I have two friends with top tier MBAs. One went to Harvard where he finished top of the class last year, and another at London Business School.
Both had top marks at UBC (Chem Eng/Econ and the other Finance/Acct), and had rapidly ascended in an investment bank (GS), and the other at Deloitte Consulting. They were both 27 when they entered; both GMATs were 7xx.
One is now in a hedge fund in NYC, while the other is a global strategist for Samsung in Seoul.
