Hi All
My parents are going down to portland (actually staying in Tigard) for a weekend getaway together. I wanted to treat them out to dinner while they're down there, but I won't be going myself.
1. Does anyone know good seafood restaurants in Portland? Reviews?
2. Can I call ahead and make reservations, then give them my credit card via telephone and have them charge their bill to me? Is this even safe?
Because of question 2), I'm looking for a more classy/fancy restaurant. God know how hard it would be to reverse charges like this if the restaurant decided to fuck me over.
