Yup.. $50 bucks of gas was worth the wait.. Staff and police kept it under control..

^LOOOOOOL
parents had to drop family off at the airport and on the way back they heard on the radio so they dropped by...they said the driver of the truck infront of them was talking on the phone. Guess what? Police pulled him over and gave him a ticket and he wasn't able to get gas :fullofwin::fullofwin:

Good for them to host this event. Apparently that station has been closed for some time for renovation plus those apartments being built took up their traffic.
$100 is pretty good esp. if you need the higher octane.
Wonder if you could get the lowest octane and fill up the rest in jerry cans? lol...

I put 20 bucks in last night from almost on empty and still squeezed in $78, sweet!
Woke up late and saw a face book status about the gas. Looked at the time and realized it was past 12 already :okay:

If your car was produced in North American is should be totally fine to run Shell Vpower 91 as that's what it was probably mapped for anyways.
Drove by this morning around 10 and considered turning around to line up, then I saw the lineup. Then I saw how full my tank was, wouldn't have been able to put in more than 10L :( oh well
It was funny seeing cops deal with people trying to cut into the line at McDonalds exit

So now you have a car you can only drive in BC and only get gas from Chevron and some Petro Canada stations.

I know....? I know very well the car can't go outside of BC, lower mainland for that matter.
just get octane booster and blast it into your gas tank :troll:

Bahaha... I don't understand why people tune to 94 anymore. Unless you're building a track monster the 5whp loss of going to 91 is not a big deal. Gas is just as clean and works great. If I can make 300whp out of a 4cyl 1.6L on 91octane and not be detonation limited.... think about it. The extra money for a DD car is stupid. Hell.. if I built my car for street only and didn't do hillclimbs and stuff with it I would have tuned it to 89octane and been happy with 290whp.
