For autoX comparisons, I want to take 2 different video's and join them into one video so I can play them at the same time to compare the 2 runs.

Right now I am using Windows movie maker to cut the unwanted parts but it doesn't have an option to run 2 video's at the same time in one screen.

Is there a program that you guys would recommend that could do this?
