Laptop repair recommendations?

Basically the screen on my Dell is messed up. It started with the screen heavily distorting until I adjusted it to a certain position, which I just rolled with for the last couple months, and now one corner of my screen has the backlight flickering.

Anyone know of any shops, preferably as close to Surrey as possible? I'm not that great with fixing computers outside the little bugs we get at the terminals I use at work.
