I heard if you eat this in a wrong way, you possibly can choke to death when the octopus's suctions stick to your mouth/throat, correct? I think this was on 1000 ways to die show.

^ Yes, there were odd incidents where the octopus killed the human clinging on to the throat. I have experienced this danger when I was an elementary kid; my dad put his fingers in my throat and pulled the tiny octopus out. Never again do I eat live octopus, but there are many pros who enjoy this.

Would have been cool if chick pulled it back out. As a kid, I used to eat udon then pull the thing back out. Felt weird but fun. Pull it too fast and the thing snaps. On another note....... tape worm removal - the old fashioned way.
