Has anyone had experience dealing with Offshore Web & Mobile Developers? Looking to outsource Web and Mobile App projects overseas for development, if anyone has had any past experiences. That would be awesome.

I've been told to go to China, India, or Korea. Personally, I don't feel comfortable with China, cause all of the Chinese-developed apps and software I've used. I've had nothing but headaches.

I've dealt with India before.

And depending on how serious your project is and how much money you want to sink into it, you definitely get what you pay for. Everything from communication and being timely with deadlines was a complete mess.

In the end, comments weren't made to the code, hacked code that didn't make any sense, commented out code that was left in the final product. It literally was shit.

I for one will never use them again.
