i've gotten countless emails (spam) from different places talking about making money online doing things like posting links, etc, and you get mailed a cheque every week or 2 depending on much you work, how many links you post, i usually ignore these emails & one day i decided to look at it and it seems interesting, but not reliable

anyone know of a reputable site (if one even exists) to make money online in their free time doing things like posting links?

Farming gold in popular MMOPRGs are probably the best and easiest ways to make money online. Anything else fails in comparison. Those sites you mentioned pay like $0.50-1.00 MAX per hour.
