Sorry for wasting a thread, but I can't seem to cook bubble world stew pork right at home, anyone here know what they stew the pork in!?

usually soy sauce + 5 spice bag + onions + garlic cloves + green onions + chunks of carrots+ sugar for stew meats. If not then I don't know.
p.s: I have never tried their stew pork
