Sony XNV660BT
I plugged it into my computer but my computer didnt pick up the device so I plugged it in my car and now it just shows a black screen with "Waiting for navi connnection" I tried the reset button but nothing happens. Is the module dead? The green light comes on when its plugged into the computer and in the car. Anyone have a Tomtom module that I can try out to see if its my module.

How long ago did you buy it? Have you tried contacting the shop you purchased it from?

Sounds like a possible software/firmware glitch. Can try calling Sony Canada tech support to help you with it.
