Ever since Brown's Socialhouse took it off its menu, I've been craving spinach dip. Any restaurant suggestions or recipe suggestions?

2 packs frozen chopped spinach
1 pack artificial crab meat
1 pack vegetable soup mix
and i use about a 3:2 ratio of sour cream to mayo. Add to desired consistency.

You can skip the salt as the crab meat and soup mix has plenty of salt.
Options would be cayenne, finely ground white pepper or some sort of soft cheese such as gruyere or swiss if you want to bake it. The sky is your limit.

Also, of making for girl or health conscious, don't let them know how mayo, fat and salt went into this.
You're essentially eating fat suspended in chopped spinach and fish ;)

you can sub mayo and sour cream with non fat plain greek yogurt (or the 2% mf oikos one if you are not super strict) and some lemon juice to give it the extra tartness.

I usually use greek yogurt and 1 avacado to give me the "fatty flavor" while making it healthy still.
