I have a friend whom leased an E350 2011. He parked his ride in my garage for 3months now. Initially, he told me he would be back from china within a month. But, now he has decided to not return to canada. During these 3 months, he has not made any payments towards the lease. He asked me to ditch the car in an alley or on streets. What are the consequences he will face? Will they arrest him in china? He doesnt care about his credits since he is never returning. Will this whole mess affect me?
