Just had my oil change done and while there, they did 2 recalls for me. Since the recalls took over 3 hours, they let me drive away in an EX35 with only 2100 km's on it.

Only issue was that they didn't wash my truck like they promised but given that I got to drive around in an EX35 for over 5 hours free of charge, I don't think I walked away too badly.

Oh yeah, Charlene is a hottie and very sweet.

Got my oil change/wash this morning. They were out of umbrellas so I got a Coffee travel mug. Not bad at all. Very, very nice facility.

I'm quite disapointed today as my free oil change apointment today got turned down because the service advisor said I live in the lower mainland and not the fraser valley area. He asked where I saw the advertisement and I told him it was on revscene. He said we never advertise there and someone is trying to jump the loop for this deal....etc.

I tried to reason with him, but he just turned me away and told me he cannot honor the free oil change. Any body else get turned down?
I never heard that it's exclusive to the owners in the fraser valley...

Yes, charlene called and booked me in, but another another service advisor took me in to the second office to the right of the entrance. I didn't get his name.
