Came across this recently but there is no game footage or preview other than screenshots available.

But hell it looks fun and it's free to play after initial purchase.

Relatively similar to Day Z, but a standalone game itself!

graphics looks dated but idea could be good..

Yeah, the graphics aren't the greatest. As long as they look decent, and the gameplay is smooth and enjoyable it wouldn't be all too bad. And it isn't a hefty investment :P

Hopefully the beta has more to tell!

if you're gonna copy a game...at least be a little more original with the title...at least call it world war z like the book

Preorders receive alpha / beta access. Alpha starts today, beta on the 31st. No sub required, not very pricey

Tempted to get on alpha, but I know my grades would plummet... Maybe in summer :okay:

if there is no monthly fee to play an mmo,

I wont bother with it.

It will either be free to play, which means there will be no patches or support after like 6 months of release

or there will be a micro transaction system, in which you pay to win. Even if they say "the things you pay for are cosmetic only" this only lasts 6 months to a year as well before they start releasing pay to win content, ultimatly dooming the game.

The monthly fee is still the best method out there for fair, even, long time support, gaming.

I don't believe this game is too resource demanding on the PC. What are your specs right now?

First impressions in the Alpha:
-Lots of bugs, as expecting
-Crashing

But overall the mood of the game is portrayed really well. Feels good to be traveling, and exciting out in the dark forests. Cities a fucking dangerous.

Worth the $30? Of course.

Yeah lots of pking going around, but I guess it makes sense to not trust others in a zombie apocalypse right? Hell, I beat down some people with my flashlight because I was short on supplies ... Makes sense :fullofwin:

To be quite honest, I prefer DayZ mod more..

Probably because WarZ feels more arcade like...

Played for a few weeks so far, pretty enjoyable when you play with friends. I don't like playing alone cause I don't wanna lose my stuff haha. Waiting for them to add more, despite what the alpha already has to offer.
